This policy explains how TMRW ("we", "us"), the operator of the ToFlip app and toflip.in, collects and uses your information.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address and profile photo, provided directly or through Sign in with Apple or Google.
• Shipping details: delivery address and phone number, used to fulfil orders.
• Listings and content: photos, videos, descriptions, messages and reviews you post.
• Transactions: order history and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored by us.

How we use it

• To run your account and show your listings to buyers
• To process payments, arrange shipping with courier partners and send order updates
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms
• To respond to support requests

Sharing

We share only what is needed with: the other party to an order (for example, a seller sees the buyer's shipping address), our payment processor (Razorpay), courier partners, and our cloud hosting provider (Supabase). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from within the app or by emailing admin@toflip.in. We then delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law (such as tax invoices).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Children

ToFlip is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
