These terms govern your use of the ToFlip app and toflip.in, operated by TMRW, Guwahati, Assam, India. By using ToFlip you agree to them.

The marketplace

ToFlip connects independent sellers with buyers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the condition of the items they sell.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Listings

You may not list counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or illegal items, or post offensive or misleading content. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Orders, payments and shipping

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Orders are shipped through our courier partners. Sellers must dispatch orders within the time shown in the app.

Returns and disputes

Buyers can raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or differs materially from its listing. An unboxing video is required. See our Refund Policy for details. If an item doesn't arrive, contact us at admin@toflip.in.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TMRW is not liable for indirect losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Guwahati, Assam have jurisdiction.
